Sunflower Girl

She roots herself in the open meadow,

Next to the flowers she loves,

Mimicking their amber faces,

Turning to the rays of the sun.

The tender kiss of the breeze,

Shared between her and the flowers,

A vibrance in her smile,

Stolen from golden petals.

She flaunts the beauty,

Expressed by a Sunflower,

Embracing their meaning,

Of happiness and warmth.
